Employee Health Checkup

  1.             A competent medical officer has been appointed by the company, for checking the health of the employees with a minimum of Bachelor Degree in the respective discipline.
  2.            Pre-employment medical check-up is done by the company’s authorized doctor. On finding medically fit, the employee is allowed to join the organization.
  3.            As per the Medical check-up plan all the employees are routinely examined once in a year for fitness to work. Written procedures are in place to ensure the Health requirements for the personnel. Depending on the nature of work employees are routinely examined once in a year for fitness to work.
  4.            If any employee falls sick, he reports his sickness to his supervisor and gets his leave approved for treatment. After complete recovery and on producing the medical fitness certificate from the company’s authorized doctor, he is allowed to work in the respective area.
